New French Tax Law for Impatriates

This article is intended to give the general tax payer where ever he comes from (French or not whitout discrimination) moving to France for the first time the frame into which he will be taxed since he becomes a french tax resident. The system very similar to the former UK, income from foreign sources related to the exercise of such profession are not taxable in France. Passive income (except from Real estate in France) on shares, interest on bons... intellectuial properties.. are 50% exempt as well as capital gains on such assets.
