This short leaflet in french describes what the various schemes that can be adopted by a european investor to acquire or restructure a company in the US are. It is aimed at helping the coordination with Lawyers, financial professionals and CPA's when a transaction is contemplated without replacing these specialists.
It may even help US lawyers explain to their clients, european headquaters or european lawyers, how they see possible ways that these schemes could be adopted.
It does not deal with transfer pricing, royalities, major factors as well as dividends.
